Laura Parsons is Director of Operations at The Kitzenberg Group. She is a seasoned operations leader with a track record of building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow fast-growing organizations to scale without losing their footing. At The Kitzenberg Group, she leads firm operations and partners with clients to strengthen the operational foundations that make sustainable growth possible. Laura is the secret sauce ensuring clients get implemented solutions, not just recommendations.

Laura's career has been built in the private consulting sector, where she has repeatedly taken on the challenge of bringing order and clarity to complex, high-growth environments. At ExperienceIT, she helped guide the company from $8M to $30M in revenue and from 11 to 140 employees, leading teams across operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT along the way. She was selected as Integration Manager during the company's acquisition by Globant, overseeing the merger of teams, systems, and processes across two organizations. Most recently, as Operations Director at Brillect, she has led end-to-end operations for a growing consulting firm, managing vendor relationships, technology strategy, contract infrastructure, and HR programs.

Laura's expertise spans system implementation, workflow design, project management, and people operations. She is known for her ability to connect people, priorities, and execution, and for building practical solutions that help teams do their best work. Her move to The Kitzenberg Group reflects a deepening commitment to applying that expertise in service of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul community and the organizations working to strengthen it.

Laura holds a BS in Finance and Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and lives in South Minneapolis with her husband.
