Laura's career has been built in the private consulting sector, where she has repeatedly taken on the challenge of bringing order and clarity to complex, high-growth environments. As an Operations Director, she has been responsible for the oversight across operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT. She has led end-to-end strategy and execution for multiple growing consulting firms, managing vendor relationships, technology strategy, contract infrastructure, and HR programs.

Laura's expertise spans system implementation, workflow design, project management, and people operations. She is known for her ability to connect people, priorities, and execution, and for building practical solutions that help teams do their best work. Laura holds a BS in Finance and Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and lives in South Minneapolis with her husband.
